On the safety side of things, it is standard for all models to have Toyota Safety Sense. Included in Toyota Safety Sense is Pre-Collision System, Road Sign Assist, Lane Tracing Assist, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Lane Departure Alert and Automatic High Beam.


The technology of the 2019 RAV4 has also been improved from the 2018 model. Standard technology in the 2019 will include Apple CarPlay™, Amazon Alexa and a 7-inch touchscreen. An 8-inch version of the touchscreen will also be available for drivers to choose from. The new RAV4 will also be compatible with onboard 4G LTE Wi-Fi and Qi Wireless Charging for Qi-compatible devices.

Trim Levels

With the 2019 Toyota RAV4, drivers will have the option of a variety of trim levels including the Adventure model which first appeared on the 2018 model. Along with the new trims, the 2019 RAV4 will also be available with a Dynamic Torque Vectoring All-Wheel Drive with Rear Driveline Disconnect to give drivers more control on the road.
